Meet David Jones
David Jones is a Senior KW MAPS Coach and the KW MAPS Head BOLD Coach. He is also a KWU Approved Trainer. He has been in real estate since February 2003. He has trained 500+ business coaches and impacted 25,000+ business owners. He has been a mega agent, a team leader, and an operating principal.
David still operates what he teaches: he owns the Jones Real Estate Team in San Antonio, Texas, and co-owns Platinum Realty in Los Cabos, Mexico. His coaching is built on one conviction — agents don't need more motivation; they need a plan built by the numbers, and someone who will hold them to it.
His clients plan with the same system he uses: the Business Planning Tool and the 4-1-1 — goals broken down to the weekly activities that actually produce listings and closings.
